The Mill Brook Room Restaurant's English a la carte menu has been developed by their Award winning Head Chef Matt Dare; the trademark for his accomplished and memorable cuisine is clear flavours, combining modern and classic styles with produce sourced from local, organic suppliers. Fresh fish is delivered overnight from Brixham! The Team in the kitchen have a passion for food that has been rewarded with 2 AA rosettes, as well as recommendations in the AA & Michelin Restaurant Guides for 2008 AND 2009. Modern English cooking really doesn't get any better than this!
The Mill Stream Bar and Terrace is a delightful spot, and offers something a little simpler, with 2 course lunch menus - all cooked to Matt Dare's trademark style. In the summer, sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Cotswold countryside, and in the winter relax by the blazing log fire in the inglenook fireplace.
