Jem and his team thatched a new extension on our very old cottage and made it look like it had always been there. His price was exactly as quoted with no hidden extras and his men worked through all weathers until the job was finished and tidied up really well when they left. I recommended Jem to my mother who has had her own thatch repaired which will now give another few years of service! Jem and his team are true craftsmen who obviously love their work.
