Alan Penfold stepped in, with his team, to an incomplete job and finished within the promised time. The work was carried out to the highest standards and the site left clean and tidy at the end of the contract. Subsequently we have had some snags and Alan was able to harness the team at short notice to get the issues sorted right the first time. We are extremely pleased with the work done for us by Alan and his team and have already successfully recommended them to friends and neighbours. We are delighted with the construction of our hardwood finish conservatory, including electric vents and electric under floor heating. In addition, Alan's team have re-laid patios and paths and fitted our water butt. We were having work done to the kitchen at the same time and Alan was painstaking about getting the right shade of stone when we replaced the back door with a wall and window. Inside we now have a beautifully decorated stairwell following fitting a loft ladder that involved widening the loft aperture. The electricians fitted the kitchen ceiling spotlights and wall lights elsewhere in the house and we were impressed with the quality of the tiling we had done in the kitchen and conservatory. Everyone in the team was just so pleasant to have around, and that made a huge difference to the whole project. Thank you all! Jenny & Chris
