Craig and Nick are such a creative design team, the really are special! They take such great care over any project you ask them to do and it always turns out better than you would dare to hope! Recently I had three different exhibition banners made by them, two for myself and another for a client. All three are stunning and I am delighted with them. My client is thrilled with his. I don't think you could find a more dynamic and creative company and they really take care of you and build a relationship for the long term. If you want a company you can really trust and rely on you can't do better than Complete Presentation. Having endured four very wet, windy and muddy festivals in various parts of the country, we would like to thank you for supplying us with such excellent quality marquees. Whilst others around us were suffering stock damage due to leaking, we stayed "dryzabone"! Zipping the two marquees together works well and the guttering is quite proficient. Having only given you 5 working days notice from the day our booth needed to be erected, I was extremely impressed that you managed to build us a stand that met our needs so well in such a short space of time. In particular, inventive use of the gantry with a translucent logo gave a great effect and the booth was by far the best we have had in recent years. I am just writing to thank you and your team for the extraordinary work you all put into creating our Presentation Banners under very difficult circumstances. We presented you with a very difficult brief to design and build our banners at very short notice, without being entirely clear what we needed and with the added pressure of needing a very short delivery time and with a weekend in the way to make things worse! You had no relationship with us before this project and yet still delivered an excellent product having had to put in exceptionally long hours (including working until 1030 on Monday night!) to get our Banners ready for a show on the Tuesday morning. It is very rare to receive this level of customer care in this day and age and your team's commitment is very much appreciated.
