Their enthusiasm for cycling comes across with every visit to the shop.
Nothing is too much trouble.
The well organised, sociable and enjoyable Sunday morning and Wednesday evening rides through the Cotswolds keep a bunch of us young and older folk fit and healthy.

A great shop where you can get expert friendly advise and a good range of cycles and accesories at reasonable prices.

In addition they do carry out repairs and servicing at very competitive rates, but more importantly you know they will do a good thorough job.
The best cycle shop I have come across in Gloucestershire.

They are very supportive, for example.. I needed two good wheels to get me over a problem. They came up with the goods with no hesitation. They offer you loyalty rewards on things you buy. They give you free coffee when you drop into the shop. They will order stuff in with no obligations and if it's not what you want they take it back. They have a wide range of kit and if they don't have an item in stock, Sue doe her very best to find a source for you.

What more could you want!!

Since we discovered Bourton Cycles, the owners, Kevin & Sue have become good friends. They are always extremely helpful and their ever-expanding range of cycles and equipment are all of the highest quality. They are very happy to carry out repairs to bikes and will source any spare parts that may be required, regardless of whether the bike was bought from them or not.
They also organise social get-togethers with their regular customers as well as weekly bike rides, making it more like a friendly club of cycling buddies than just a business.

In these pressurised, cut-throat days, it's refreshing to do business with people who actually care about their customers' needs. The staff at Bourton Cycles asked me what I wanted, then did everything possible to make sure that I got it. I wasn't sold the most expensive goodies in the shop, nor things that I didn't need. All of this with a cup of coffee, a cake and a friendly smile. We need more shops like this!

Thanks to Bourton Cycles for providing us with the vacation of a lifetime. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our self-led bicycle tour of the Cotswolds. Sue met us at the train station with excellent bicycles, helmets, tyre repair kit, locks, and map, so that we could begin our tour immediately. The bikes are outstanding, even for a novice like my son who never before rode a geared bicycle. As for the tour itself; the Cotswolds are the best with empty well-marked roads through the prettiest countryside, villages and pubs every couple of miles, and lots of very friendly people along the way to insure that we can't get lost. Cycling is the preferred way to see the Costwolds, and Bourton Cycles is the way to great cycling.
