Food Genie, the fantastic Cotswolds Mobile Fish and Chip service is really flying! They've had such a brilliant 2011 that they've had to buy a 2nd van to cope with demand!
They recently took both vans to a Cotswolds party and achieved the almost impossible - serving 100 portions of perfectly cooked fish and chips in 26mins!
Food Genie is now able to take double the amount of bookings in 2012 or take two vans and serve double the amount of customers!
Bookings are being taken for next year now and if it going to be anything like last year we really suggest you book early.
The economy isn't all doom and gloom - work hard and the rewards are clearly there!
