I was first introduced to sculpt by my work mates and since then i have continued to go to sculpt. I find the staff very welcoming,friendly and helpful. i was struggling for a while with weight gained from me having my baby and i have now got my body back to my post baby shape with the fantastic help from the instructers at sculpt,sometimes people are afraid to go to a keep fit class because they are embarassed by their shape but you dont feel like that at sculpt, as well as getten your body workout you are having fun too. i would strongly suggest this fitness center to anyone. if you want noticeable results go to sculpt.
