Welcome to Gym Tech's new purpose built Health and Fitness Gym located in Ashtree Enterprise Park, Rathfriland Road in Newry City.

At Gym Tech, we believe in fitness for all, and so, regardless of age or fitness levels, we ensure that you get a carefully designed programme tailored to your specific needs.

We are immensely proud of our new premises which has the following state of the art areas:-

Cardio-Vascular

An impressive range of cardio vascular equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, up-right & recumbent cycles and concept rowers.

Resistance Training

Designed to give you an all-over body workout, alternatively you can concentrate on specific areas such as hips, thighs or stomach.

Free Weights Gym

Huge airy gym located on the first floor. Includes an area specifically designed for Olympic lifting catering for all those who want to concentrate on strength conditioning and power development.

We also have two group exercise studios:

Studio 1 hosts classes such as the LES MILLS International Body Training Systems, alongside old favourites such as Circuit Training, Boxercise, and Fit-Ball

Studio 2 is our Spinning Studio - impressively designed with great lighting effects - the emphasis here is to have fun while you get fit!

Visit our Health Suite where you can relax and unwind in our top of the range Tylo Sauna and Steam Rooms.
