My Name is Rachael Ryan and I am taking part in an overseas expedition called 'The OZ Experience' this project allows young people to have the opportunity to travel to Australia and at the same time raise funds for the work of the charity 'The Joshua foundation' this charity provides holidays and experiences for children with terminal Cancer.
To be able to take part in this experience I must raise a minimum of 3000 pounds, therefore I am organizing a masquerade ball for the 17th of March at the Rodney Parade, ticket prices are 15 pounds.
The reason for my email today is to ask around all business' local and larger chains too see if there is any chance you could offer some type of donation or raffle prize for the evening. Anything received from yourself will mean all tickets and publication for this event will have your business name and logo advertised on it.
