Thornbury Collections are superb at what they do - obtaining the money that's owed you. What differentiates them from other Debt Collection Agencies is that they actively seek to restore your relationship with the Debtor. Think about how much effort you go to to win the Client in the first place and then to lose that over a dispute is a complete waste so the chance of more business with a known Client is something well worth looking at.
Great company. I handed them a debt that I was having difficulty in getting settled. They let me know exactly how it was progressing and with 3 weeks I had my payment in full.
I can't recommend Thornbury enough - hopefully I won't have to use them again but if a similar situation occurs then I won't hesitate in picking up the phone

Keeping it short and factual...If you find yourself being owed money, get in touch with Thornbury Collections.
They are professional, experienced and most importantly they treat a customer like a person. Having dealt with the whole Thornbury team I was very impressed with the way they handled my situation. I have a very small company that was being hugely taken advantage of, Thornbury put a stop to it and probably saved the future of my company. For that I am forever greatful!

A 'Rolls-Royce' service. Thornbury helped me at a time of total despair. I was owed several thousand pounds by a large building contractor who had no intention of paying my business, for the work we had done. My solicitors warned me that before I could even get them into the court room, their fees would be in excess of £15k - and if I lost, I'd have to pay a similar amount to the Building contractors legal team. I was desperate! I had wages to pay, suppliers to pay, rent and mortgages. My solicitors referred me to Thornbury. They took the case on, thank God! It took a long time (the buiding contractors refused to co-operate with Thornbury at first, then kept claiming they hadn't received letters and copy-documents, etc) Eventually, Thornbury backed them into a legal corner - proved they were liars and crooks, and had nowhere else to go. The contractors solicitors were a 'top-class' firm - Thornbury aren't even legally trained! - but they DO have a great deal of experience! Fantastic service - they got my money, AND over £4k in interest!

I am very lucky, and I have not had to use Thornbury very much, which considering what they do I guess can only be a good thing.
Anyway the times I have had to use them, I have found them to be brilliant, fantastic and all things wonderful.
I had a debt of which the debtor would not answer my calls, reply to my e-mails and generally ignored all attempts I made to contact him.
I passed this over to Peter at Thornbury and just under 2 weeks I had the full amount I was owed back plus late payments compensation, what more since this the company involved has continued to work with us, and I am glad to say since this has been a good payer.
I can’t recommend the guys at Thornbury enough.

Peter and his team didn't solve my problem for me - but then perhaps no one could have... but do read on ..
However, what Thornbury Collection Services did do, which no one else managed (including the police) was track down the offending party, and approached him for payment.
The dedication and work Thornbury put into my case was outstanding and I fully believe that if the offender had not left the country (as the police later told me) I would have been reimbursed all monies owed.
