The Heaven Sent Day Spa opened in the beautiful leafy suburb of Clytha Park in February 2010, occupying a single floor of a gracious Georgian building. The Spa has since grown from strength to strength, boasting a wide ranging, loyal clientele including regular visits from Welsh based celebrities, and now occupies two floors, shortly to extend to the entire building.
Jacquie McKenzie is the Spa's Managing Director, and along with a team of therapists and a range of specialist consultants, offers the widest choice of health and beauty treatments in the area.
Jacquie says 'We set out with the ethos of making people feel beautiful on the inside as well as the outside so we consider our client's whole experience us. We have a comprehensive website, it is easy to book with us online, and we have dedicated Reception staff to discuss their requirements either by telephone or in person. We offer private secure car parking and upon arriving, we immediately strive to ensure that our guests feel completely welcome, utterly relaxed and that they enjoy each and every moment with us. Clients are offered a complimentary hot and cold beverage menu including champagne, and have the opportunity to enjoy a morning or afternoon tea service with a bespoke lunch menu available upon request. Our therapy rooms are luxuriously appointed with thickly padded, heated electric beds and we have a peaceful Relaxation Lounge where guests can extend their time with us by curling up with a warm duvet and a choice of the latest magazines. Crucially, we ensure that our pricing is affordable and consistent with locally available services.
We offer traditional as well as the latest cutting edge health and beauty treatments for both men and women, and employ consultants to deliver specialisms such as complementary therapies (Indian head massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage, Thai foot massage), facial rejuventation (Botox, dermal fillers, facial peels, thread veins), our foot health clinic and physiotherapy. We have a gift shop offering unique presents for those hard to buy for loved ones, and the Spa is also home to celebrity pregnancy and newborn photographer, Sarah Stone.
