I have used other accountants in the past and John did my accounts last year and I found John's service better by far. John made the effort to sort out queries on matters which were outside of my business accounts. He also took the time to chase up HMRC for the refund that was due and which he considered was taking far too long to be made.

I have a building company in Newport and had used the same accountant for years. My partner suggested Tax Assist Accountants on Caerleon Rd. I was a bit dubious, as my previous accountant of 6 years had not been able to save me much on my income tax. I made an appontment with the owner John Thomas - and from the beginning, I found him a very likeable person with a good, strong, understanding of my business. I have been using this accountant for almost a year now and am most happy with the excellent service I am receiving. I would recommend anyone considering a move from their present accountants, to pop in and see John and his team for a chat.
