“Isobel is our "Sage" expert and we call upon her whenever we need advice or help with the system and she is always readily available to support and has an excellent understanding and knowledge of the system - and invariably spots my mistakes and corrects them for me before they get out of control! We first used Isobel when we put Sage accounts and payroll into the business a few years back and she supported us with all of the training that we needed in order to transfer both functions from an external provider to managing it all ourselves in house. It was one of the best things that we have done for our business and without Isobel's knowledge, skills and support it would have been far more difficult than it actually was. Isobel and Mandy are BRILLIANT, am I allowed to say I love them ? Opps to late.
If it was not for these guys, I would be in lots of trouble with my books, but know they help out more than they need to, they go over and above what we pay them to do for us.
If you need a book-keeper you wont find better.
