Hello! I’m Ed Gooderham, one of the senior partners at Green & Co Chartered Certified Accountants and Registered Auditors, based in Cwmbran – with clients all over the UK but predominantly in Cwmbran, Newport, and the surrounding areas of South Wales.

We aim to be what all accountants should be, a proactive business advisor to our clients.

We have two principle aims in business: To help our clients grow their businesses to the desired level, whether that be to a £20,000 or a £1,000,000 profit! We can and do help them achieve it.

Secondly, we minimise the taxes our clients have to pay along the way! We are excellent at tax planning – and have saved existing clients thousands, sometimes tens of thousands, and even in a few cases, hundreds of thousands of pounds over the years.

How? – Well we do this in a number of ways! Using tax strategies to make use of all the legally available ‘loopholes,’ as well as ensuring our clients run their businesses in the most tax-efficient manner.

We are looking to work with business owners who want to grow the value of their business – or who want to earn more from it, right now!

We also provide a number of extra services: For example, all of our clients receive detailed graphs comparing their last three trading years. (A picture paints a thousand words!) We also provide an annual checklist of tax-saving ideas for the business-owner, as well as the business itself!

This year, we are launching a FREE new service with our graphs! - A mini-forecast for the coming year, which will aide our clients in looking forward and planning where they want their businesses to be, twelve months from now.

Too many accountants look at the past, rather than proactively help the business owner plan for the future. We take the lessons learned from the past, and shape and mould them to better suit for the future.
