All I can say is without Steve's incredible organising skills this would never have gone ahead as we have been very busy in our own businesses and Steve brought it all together, organising the venue, marketing, selling of places, seminar time plan and oversaw the whole event. Steve is one of the most professional trainers I have ever come across. Needed some paperwork for a tender I was doing, asked Steve if he could help, said yes and true to his word he did, but I was expecting a few sheets of paper, what I got was a file full of everything I needed all nicely done in book form and with our logo and heading on top of each page. Far more then asked for, Top guy.

Steve carried out this training for us at the nursery. his experience within the care industry was evident throughout the training, showing us how we could reach the best standard possible with the facilities we have. the evening was also very practical and staff were encouraged to look at our policies and procedures in line with expected standards. Allsorts Training have been our Training provider since October 2010. In that time we have built a strong relationship with Steve and his team,who are excellent Trainers providing relevant and current knowledge in their fields. Allsorts Training have provided Fire awareness,COSHH,First aid, Food Hygeine and Infection control training. They have also undertaken our Fire risk assessments and liaised with the Fire authority on our behalf. We also required certification of our Nurse call,Fire alarm and Emergency light system. Steve quoted and was able to save us over £300 on previous quotes. I would recommend Steve and his company for any of your training and certification needs, he is very professional and his Staff are also well Trained achieving high standards. I had steve to do a fire risk assessment for Torestin Care Home, and I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency in which he carried out this task. We are also going to start having training for the home with Steve as well, as he suggested a way of saving money by involving the other homes in the area, to train together.
Steve undertook training within our home which included our policies & proceedures in line with good practise and with reference to standards laid down by governing bodies, he translated this in a manner everyone could understand using a variety of learning aids. HiMy name is Sue Lewis. I am the manager of Glais House Nursing Home in Swansea. In May we went into administration and subsequently have been managed by HCMS. In turn they arranged training for our staff with Allsorts. Stephen Gregory was the identified trainer. He was like a breath of needed fresh air. Our training needed updating. He took such a positive inovative and proactive approach that all the staff became as positive as he did. All staff engaged with him and his training methods and stated that they had never had such interesing relevent training. I have been a RGN for over 30 years and for most of that worked for the NHS having been manager of a care home now forover the last 4 years.He is the best trainer I have come across.His obvious academic knowlege of his subjects were aparent athough he highlighted all possitive responses and built on some lack of knownlege with respect I would commend him to any company who needs training.
