ANOTHER DEFEAT SEES COUNTY SLIPPING DOWN THE TABLE

Newport County continued a depressing run of form with another indifferent display and another defeat, this time at home to Rushton & Diamonds. County have now slipped to sixth in the table after lying second just a few weeks back.

All this comes on the back of the recent departure of in form Manager Dean Holdsworth and whilst Tim Harries is an excellent coach, the recruitment of a tried and tested Manager is top priority.

Lets hope County can get back to winning ways as soon as possible and re-enter the play off places or once again challenge for top spot.
