I tried out a great new service in Newmarket this week who we found to be efficient communications for booking (via internet, phone or mail), punctual with clean, comfortable vehicle & friendly driver. All confirmations were sent via email which was easily forwarded to my colleague and payment is possible by credit card, which is invaluable when we have our overseas colleagues visiting. Follow up telephone calls were made to check the passenger had been picked up within 10 minutes of pick up time, and again the following day to check we were happy with the service. On this one experience alone I already feel confident that this is a service you will not be disappointed in. Credit Card payments accepted.

Hi there,

I just wanted to drop you a line on behalf of the group booking that David took care of on Sat 4th June at 9.30pm from Centre Parcs, Thetford to Newmarket, return.

The service from start to finish was impeccable, and we were all blown away by how prompt, caring and informative David was throughout.

I must admit, hearing the name of the business and the fact you were over half the price of other quotes I received I was a little dubious when initially making the booking because it all sounded a bit too good to be true, but I can honestly say that if any of us lived more locally to Newmarket we certainly would not use any other hire car firm again - it was wonderful.

The recommendation came via De Niro's club in Newmarket and could not have been more highly spoken - and quite rightly so.

David was prompt and made us feel very safe in not only our travel but with what we could expect from Newmarket as a place to go out in too - from checking our 'bride-to-be' was okay when popping to a petrol station, to advising us which bars would be the preferred choice and also letting us know that if we wanted to leave earlier than we had booked we could contact him anytime. The trust that we had that he would be outside De Niro's at 2am as agreed meant we felt secure and were able to relax in an otherwise completely unknown environment, so thank you.

We had a fantastic evening, and the icing on the cake was the service delivered by Wags Cabs and namely the care and securtity we felt David offered throughout our booking.
