Visited Kev at Village Ink for a large custom design, well here is my feedback:Studio is modern, spacious, well laid out clean and tidy, free no hassle parking!The service provided is very professional from the first contact to coming in and having the tattoo, to aftercare, and this is how it should be done.I have had tattoo's from a couple of differenet studios and where they were ok and good, this one is excellent.I would definatley recommend Village Ink and will be back soon for Kev to continue with my custom design.Top Bloke as well!!CheersAde
This guy is so professional from the start. I love his shop clean airy and not claustrophobic. Had many bad experiences elsewhere but can't wait to have more done! Already recommended to others. You won't leave disappointed! I will be going back for more!

Being a 'first-timer' I was a little unsure of what to expect, but the appearance of Village Ink Tattoo's premises and Kevin's helpful, friendly yet professional attitude helped put me at ease. First tattoo and I went to see Kevin based on the great reviews I'd read here. Everything rang true - he's a great artist/designer, very friendly, helpful, all round top bloke! Helped me immensely with the process and ideas for the design and then drew something that was perfect and incorporated everything I'd asked for. He obviously wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and also to ensure it would look fantastic too. Very professional set-up and an immaculate studio. Kevin explained everything about the process and the aftercare to put my mind at ease, and the end result is absolutely awesome! He's a fantastic tattooist - I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
Village ink is without doubt the best tattooists in the area and it's all down to the customer service that is provided, Kevin will take the time to sit down and take you through the whole process from ideas to design and finally the tattoo itself and it's aftercare. His studio is welcoming and spotlessly clean and has many books of art to help you with your ideas. Kevin truly provides a service beyond many other tattooists in the area.
My boyfriend Joe and I went to Kevin for swallow tattoos. From the very beginning from me emailing Kevin for a quote to him doing the tattoos, everything was a complete dream. I'm not too good with pain, and found having it done on my lower back quite painful, but Kevin made sure I was okay to start, and stopped at least twice to ask again if I was okay. I found with my other 2 tattoos I did not recieve the amount of care and personal attention that I did at Village Ink. Kevin had even gone to the extent of taking the image I had sent him and prepared four different sizes for Joe and I to choose from. I found Kevin to be not only an extrememly good tattooist, but a lovely person in general. All in all, a brilliant experience and both Joe and I will be going back for more tattoos with Village Ink. As we're based in Ramsey, although it takes a while to get there, it's worth every single penny in petrol money! Wouldn't go to anywhere else.

Fantastic!!! Very highly recommended.I had a tribal half sleeve just over a week ago and couldn't be happier. Inistially, I was unsure of costs and generally what was involved as far as time and making appointments to have a tattoo. Unlike other tatoo studios I contacted, Kevin quickly provided all the necessary information on having a tattoo and what was involved. Kevin suggested small changes to the artwork I had chosen which have made the tattoo even better.The studio is clean, light and airy and the service is professional and very friendly.Kevin is very easy to chat with and brilliant at his craft. I have a few tattoos and Kev is by far the best one I have had. He gave me some great advice on my design and his shop is really clean and he makes a great cuppa! I will definetly be back in the future.

Village Ink is a modern,clean tattoo studio and Kevin french was outstanding in all areas of his work from customer relations to his art work. he was very professional and explained all aspects of the work to be carried out i would recomend Village Ink to anyone who is thinking of having a tattoo done. Having previously had 5 tattoos in places around Cambridge and Swindon, I had my 6th tattoo done this morning by Kevin at Village Ink. The whole experience from start to finish (including a good chat on the phone prior to the appointment) was brilliant. I was very surprised by the studio- it's clean, but friendly and relaxed at the same time. Kevin is a great guy and I'll be heading back there as soon as I decide what I want next!
