Photography Service 4 U Information

Being one of the four winners of Strictly Come Newmarket gave husband and wife team, Jan and Maja Kurty of Photography Service 4 U the opportunity to raise their profile by opening a new shop and studio in Sun Lane, Newmarket.

Winning the Dragons' Den-style competition organised by the Newmarket Retailers' Association to fill the town's empty shops, has enabled them to showcase their work in beautiful bespoke surroundings.

What's more, the additional prizes, which include a period in which they can trade rent-free, assistance with shopfitting costs, free business and legal advice and a year's free banking, means they can concentrate on what they know and love best - producing photographic work to the highest possible standard and offering exceptional customer service.

Originally from Slovakia, Maja graduated from The School of Artistic Industry in Kosice, Slovac Republic, in 1982, where she specialised in Artistic Photography.

Working not only in the UK, Maja and Jan can list satisfied customers across both Central Europe and Canada and much of their work has an international appeal, reflecting their extensive travels.

Portraits

Whether you're looking for formal portraits or candid shots Photography Service 4 U will produce exactly what you're after.

First and foremost, Maja and Jan will listen to what you, the customer, wants. If you know the specific result you want to achieve, they will work with you and utilise their own technical knowledge, to create that.

If, however, you simply know you want to capture an image with an essence that reflects you or your family, but are unsure of what form that might take, then Maj and Jan can use their experience and share their expertise and portfolio to make sure that the end results leave you spoilt for choice.

Not everybody is a natural in front of the lens but at Photography Service 4 U, their priority is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. They will also undertake location work so if you have a special place or just want the shots taken in familiar surroundings, they will happily accommodate this.
