With restaurants in Ely, St Ives, Bourne and Brampton, Montaz has recently opened a new restaurant on Old Station Road, Newmarket and brings to the town an exciting, vibrant dining experience.

Why not share a whole chicken or leg of lamb dressed in a rich sauce, garnished with sultanas and almonds and served with special fried rice and green vegetables?
This exquisite dish is also served with a starter of popadoms, chutneys and king prawn butterfly and ends with delicious Indian dessert, kulfi and coffee.

I went to Montaz in Newmarket yesterday and the food was amazing and the staff were superb. One of my friends asked for something not on the menu and the staff said "No problem, we will make that for you"... I look forward to going back there again soon!
