Cathy has been my personal trainer since last September. I really need to exercise as I have a few health issues and weight training and exercises are very good for me. Without Cathy coming to my house and motivating me, I would not be getting this vital exercise. Like most people I know I should exercise more and I know what to do, but finding time and getting motivated is very difficult!I find once Cathy has arrived that I am ready and willing to get going on our session. We do a different workout each time and Cathy concentrates on the bits that I need to work on. I have noticed that I am a lot stronger and my balance has really improved since I started working with free weights.I enjoy my weekly sessions with Cathy and would recommend her to anyone who is thinking its time to get fit!
I have been training with Cathy for six months and have noticed results quickly. I am stronger and fitter and my body has changed. After the first ten sessions (I had two a week), Cathy measured my body to check progress and I had lost approximately 6 inches from my body. When repeating this after the second set of ten sessions, I had lost more than a foot in inches from various parts of my body. I have chosen the focus for my sessions as I wanted to focus on toning and body conditioning. Cathy was supportive of my choices and knew which exercises would target the areas I wanted to work.
I looked into getting a personal trainer after having my second beautiful little boy. I desperately needed help in losing my baby weight. Cathy has helped me achieve so much already in just 5 months! She is always there to support me with my eating and has designed a programme that works for me. I hated exercise in the beginning but now I look forward to it. Cathy fits in around my very busy life style and is dedicated to help me reach my goal.
I finally decided to get a PT the beginning of July this year. I was lucky enough to get Cathy through an online search.I was a 45yr overweight smoker and my diet was dreadful. I began to feel better about myself right from the start. I have cut down smoking and still lost over half a stone and over 15 inches. I am eating healthier and my energy levels are much higher.The most important thing to me though is how I feel about myself. I'm really proud of myself and feel motivated and healthier.The whole family is benefiting from having a happier healthier Mum. I could never have gone to a gym. I just didn't have the time,inclination or the motivation. My husband even gets his cheque book out, to book the next 10 sessions.He says its the best money he's ever spent.
