FREE THEATRE TICKETS FOR ANYONE UNDER 26
Arts Council England is giving away 618,000 free tickets to anyone under the age of 26 at more than 200 venues across England between February 2009 and March 2011.
A number of theatres in the North East have been selected including:
Theatre Royal
Northern Stage
Customs House
Sunderland Empire
Live Theatre
Darlington Arts Centre

The scheme is aimed at young people to encourage those aged between 16 and 26 to see live performances. Free tickets will be issued to under 16's for family shows.
