Stepping Stones Day Nursery is a privately owned nursery school conveniently situated in Swalwell close to Newcastle and just 5 minutes from the A1 Western bypass over looking the Metro Centre. Stepping Stones Nursery provides both full and part time day care for babies and children from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years.
Stepping Stones Day Nursery offers an extremely high standard of day care within a stimulating and thoroughly secure environment. The Nursery school is situated in a modernized property with a wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities where we encourage our children to explore, imitate, construct, pretend and create through play.

Within our nurseries you will find a wide range of educational toys and equipment that are stimulating and fun, and for our older children we provide nursery education within a pre school nursery education room for age appropriate activities.
Stepping Stones Day Nursery ensures all new children have 1 to 1 child/staff ratio for as long as is necessary - giving you the reassurance that your children are safe and well looked after and treated as an individual.
Our Nursery school is open Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 6.00pm for 52 weeks a year. Stepping Stones Day Nursery offers morning and afternoon sessions also from 8.00am - 1.00pm and 1.00pm - 6.00pm.
All meals at Stepping Stones Day Nursery are freshly prepared on a daily basis by our own nursery cook. Any allergies, food preferences and special diets will always be catered for and you are welcome discuss your child's dietary requirements with our nursery cook.
