After searching the northeast for weeks and weeks looking for a hot tub we finally decided to buy an Artesian spa from North Spas. Their knowledge about their spas was second to none and the service was unbeatable. There was no ʼhard sales tacticsʼ and every question asked, was answered honestly. They not only sold us the hot tub (which most of the others were only willing to do), but they installed the concrete base, the electrics (including garden sockets) and the beautiful thatched gazebo. The advice given to us about looking after our hot tub has been invaluable and so far everything they taught us has helped us enjoy our hot tub safely and hassle free.
