Newcastle Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent charity. Our service is free, independent, impartial and confidential. We have three offices in Newcastle and also run community advice sessions. We can offer advice by letter, and can be contacted by email, fax and telephone. ( we will reply to email messages by letter.)
We provide advice to residents who live or work within the area covered by Newcastle City Council
Newcastle CAB provides advice at our three offices. You do not need an appointment to attend our Generalist Advice sessions - just come along during our office hours.
