Talk about service!! You walk in, and are greeted with a smile, a rare thing these days! Peter will leave you to look around yourself, or answer all your questions, but still let you make your own mind up about what you want - no 'hard sell'. He gave us a catalogue to take home over the weekend, and delivery-wise, did exactly what he promised - delivery between 8 and 9 means just that, not having to stay in all day. I'd recommend this firm without hesitation.

Peter let us take our time looking at the products on sale and was able to answer all our questions - he knows his stuff. He was professional throughout and didnʼt even react when our four-year old daughter decided to test the mattresses in her own special way (ie. the bouncing test). Delivery was when peter said it would be and he even threw in a couple of free pillows. 10 out of 10.

Peter is very approachable and does not use pressure sales. He advised me on the different qualities and characteristics of the various mattresses on display. I felt comfortable I had made the right purchase when I left the showroom. This has proved to be right by the good nights sleep I now get. Delivery was arranged for 9:00 am on a Saturday morning and he arrived on time. All in all avery pleasant buying experience.

My husband and I purchased a cream bedstead, mattress and pillows from Chance2Dream in June of this year. Weʼd done the rounds of the department stores but spotted a Chance2Dream advert in the News Guardian. When we entered the premises Peter welcomed us with a cheery smile and a very pleasant manner. Nothing was a bother to him. I would certainly recommend his Company to anyone looking to purchase a bed or bedding. His prices are extremely competitive too.

From entering the shop we felt very welcome and relaxed as Peter, a very pleasant and relaxed gentleman allowed us to browse without any pressure. After asking for advice and a quote on a bed that wasnʼt on display, Peter was more than happy to provide a very competitive price. Most refreshing was the friendly stance taken when we left to have a think about it! Not an ounce of pressure unlike every other bed shop we had visited. The after-sales service is great and even delivery was a pleasure as Peter and a colleague carefully carried the bed to the room. 10/10!!!! Have already recommended to a friend who made a quick purchase and will continue to do so!

Have to say Peter was extremley helpful when helping us choose our matress and I even negotiated a free pillow.I was more suprised when he delivered the new matress to us ,that was a very personal touch and have to say I think he has the best approach with customers I have come across for a long time .I would reccommend that anyone needing a new bed or mattress tries this Guy first and you will save yourself all the hassle of shopping around. When I needed a special size double bed,I tried several outlets in the area without success.It wasnt until I came across Peter at Chance2Dream did I meet someone who would put in that extra effort to find what I needed. The service I received was excellent. From going into the show room to delivery. No sales pressure, just excellent information on the products I was interested in. The price I paid was better than I had been quoted elsewhere and it included free delivery. When my bed was delivered I didnʼt have to hang around all day as I was given a time for the delivery. I have no reservations in recommending this company.
