The Centre for life also provides a large cafe serving hot and cold food for those who are staying all day as well as a smaller coffee area for those wanting a quick snack.
November to February at Centre for Life - ice skating
For those visiting the area in the winter, the Centre for Life features a very popular outdoor ice rink. Although it can get busy at times, it is well worth a visit and can be included with admission price to the Life centre.
Centre for life opening hours:
Monday to Saturday - 10am to 6pm
Sunday - 11am to 6pm
(last admission is 4pm)
Closed only Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
Admission prices as of 2009 are:
Adult - £8 (17 and over)
Child - £5.85 (children aged 4 and under FREE)
Concessions £6.95
Family - £24.20 (2 adults and 2 children/1 adult and 3 children)
