Owned and managed by Rosemary and Tony Weech, Rosemary & Thyme is one of the longest established catering companies in Newbury, West Berkshire.
Their business has grown over the last 15 years and as a result, they have gained a loyal and growing client base across the area. Rosemary and Tony not only provide outside catering services but run the well supported cafes at Thatcham's Nature Discovery Centre and within the Newbury Corn Exchange, where they are also on hand to cater for private events.

Appointed in September 2008 to independently manage and run the licensed cafe, housed within the Newbury Corn Exchange, Rosemary and Tony have done an exceptional job at creating a relaxed light dining experience within what is a good central meeting place. With a loyal customer base of all ages, The Seasons Cafe at the Newbury Corn Exchange is known for its well made and home cooked food - you'll find no "fast food" there!
The menu reflects seasonal produce that is locally sourced whenever possible. Located in Market Place, it's a great spot to take break from shopping or have an informal meeting, where you can savour delicious hot or cold lunches or simply enjoy a drink and some very tasty cakes!

The cafe is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Saturday.
Lakeside Cafe at The Nature Discovery Centre in Thatcham
If you visit the Nature Discovery Centre in Thatcham, there's no need to take a picnic - as there you will find the Lakeside Cafe run by Rosemary and Thyme Catering, housed in the Nature Discovery Centre's main building.
At the Lakeside Cafe you can enjoy a warming drink or hot soup on those chilly days, or a cool refreshment or ice cream as the weather dictates and there is indoor or outdoor seating overlooking the lake to choose from.
Being an area focussed on environmental conservation, Rosemary and Thyme Catering proactively supports the sustainability programme. All packaging used is from biodegradable or re-cyclable materials and much of the food is organic or Fair Trade produce, sourced locally where possible.
The Lakeside Cafe is a great place to enjoy food and drink in a beautiful and tranquil setting in the midst of West Berkshire, near the Kennet and Avon canal - surely one of Thatcham's best kept secrets.
The cafe is open between April and October from 10.30am to 5.00pm on Tuesday to Sunday. The cafe is also open on Mondays during School Holidays and on Bank Holidays.
