Definitive Accountancy is run by Jacquie and the great thing about it is the personal service she delivers. Any questions are answered quickly, she goes the extra mile to make you understand and to help where she can. Excellent accountant and book keeping business.

One of the main reasons I love Definitive Accountancy is that I am treated like I am the only customer they have. Jacquie, the owner, is always on hand to answer any questions and is very pro-active in giving additional help and advice relating to my accounts and highlighting areas that need attention. Plus, she always seems to have the time to explain things to me in detail (accounts are not my strongest point!) These additional personal touches (which I've not got from much bigger firms I've used in the past) are much appreciated and really stand out, and I guess that's why I've been with them for so long now.

It's rare I feel moved to give a glowing recommendation to any business I deal with, but services like Definitive should be recognised and certainly get 5 stars from me at Phocus Data Services.
