Delicious meal, very pleasant and accommodating service. We live in Carlisle, Cumbria with relations near Grantham. We invariably visit the Peacock - maybe just for lunch - each time we come we have a meal here for family, last time Boxing Day. We have always enjoyed whichever visit - stayed a couple of times. Thanks for a lovely evening

Great atmosphere at the Peacock Inn near Grantham. good service from bar to restaurant. Enjoyed music and fire made it feel cosy and inviting. Not offered 2nd menu yet when pointed out - very generous to discount meal. Restaurant staff far more welcoming than Windmill. Food delicious, wine excellent - will come again sonn and tell all our friends. Thank you. p.s Excellent olives

Food - beautifully presented and excellently cooked. Service - all staff were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome by The Peacock Inn near Newark. Atmosphere - nice music and we really liked the open fire and wished we were sat in that area!!

We haven't been here for a while to eat but will be back soon. Excellent food and menu was varied with several dishes appealing. Service has been superb too - attentive but not overwhelming. Atmosphere warm and welcoming
