Using only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients and organic produce where available, The Hollies’ menu includes fresh and dried fruit salads, yoghurt, muesli and cereals, date and banana porridge, bagels with scrambled egg and smoked salmon, full English breakfast, continental meats, breads and home-made jams, fresh fruit juices, freshly ground coffee and a selection of fine teas.
