At Newark Showground we cater for all types of functions whilst our Pavilions provide excellent conference facilities.
The Cedric Ford Pavilion offers luxury conference facilities on the ground floor, catering for up to 500 people. A first floor lounge, overlooking the main events ring can be screened off for syndicate sessions during a conference or, alternatively, provide VIP accommodation at a particular function.
This pavilion has its own self-contained bars and kitchen facilities, ideal for any conference or delegation and can be equipped with every type of visual aid and equipment needed for modern business presentations and&; business conference.
Our conference facilitiies include a professional staff of caterers based in The Cedric Ford Pavilion who have earned an excellent reputation for the quality and range of skills in their varied menus. We will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements for your conference.
An additional conference suite is housed at The Sir Stuart Goodwin pavilion providing an attractive open-beamed ceiling room capable of catering for up to 200 people banquet style or 300 theatre style for conferences
