After years of frustration with our telephone and broadband suppier BT we decided to talk to Globalnet, a Newark firm. A young man called Craig Parsons came to talk to us and explained the benefits of switching our Business to them. Obviously when you are self employed any loss of service during the switch over would have been a problem. Craig talked us through what would happen and assured us that there wouldn't be a problem. True to his word the switch over was seamless and Craig even telephoned us before 9.00am that moring to tell us we were now in Globalnet's capable hands. Now if we have any problems we have a local number to ring and some-one on the end of the line we know. All these benefits and we are paying less.
