Frances was a delight to deal with.
Very clear and helpful advice was given from the outset with no feeling of "time is money".

My old piano has lacked T.L.C. for many years but now sounds great. A brilliant service, completed by a warm and friendly lady with obvious enthusiam and delight for the job she does.

Will definitely be a regular customer and I have no hesitation recommending Frances to anyone.

We are new to this area.Frances has tuned our piano three times.Each time she educated us about the piano & how to look after it between tunings. My husband is a DIY enthusiast & Frances e-mailed us a diagram of an overstrung piano so he could understand itʼs mechanism.
She is efficient,thorough & utterly reliable I would recommend her unhesitatingly.

My daughter inherited her great Grandmas piano, thhis hadnt been played or tuned for many many years, it is an old German one. We rang Francis who came out very quickly, tuned it up for us and then came back again a few weeks later to fine tune it, it now sounds wonderful and my daughter is really enjoying playing it, I would recommend Francis to anybody, she is very quick ih her response to come out and does an excellent job with a follow up service which is second to none. My experience of Francesʼ piano tuning has been nothing but positive. I didnʼt think that it would be possible to restore our very old over damper to former glory, but after Frances had set to work on it, with a level of care and attention befitting a much finer piano, the results were truly remarkable! I also valued all of her advice on how to look after our piano between tunings.
