I joined Curves in December and I havenʼt regretted it. I have tried other gyms but felt uncomfortable in the environment but Curves is totally different, friendly people and the staff are brilliant. I am looking forward to getting to my goal later this year. I have no problems recommending Curves to friends and family both here and in America.

I joined Curves several months ago, having never been inside a gym in my life. I havenʼt looked back since. I lost over 16 inches and dropped a dress size from a 14 to a 12, and all by doing 30 minutes, 3 times a week . Wow. I feel great and look great. The staff are brilliant and very encouraging. I have already recommended Curves to several people and will continue to do so.

I hated gymʼs and could not face going to a gym... but curves is different. I feel very comfortable there and the staff are great. I would recommend curves to anyone!!
