On the 25th January the Milton Keynes City Orchestra formally welcomes Sian Edwards into her new role as Principal Conductor with a concert entitled ‘Principal Changes’, to be held at the Milton Keynes Theatre.
The concert will feature soloists Richard Wainwright (horn) and Andrew Tortise (tenor) alongside Sian’s chosen repertoire:
Mozart - Symphony No. 34, K.338 in C major
Britten - Serenade for tenor, horn and strings, Op. 31
Stravinsky - Danses Concertantes
Mozart - Symphony No. 41, K.551 in C major "Jupiter"
The concert takes place at 7.30pm on Friday 25th January 2008 at the Milton Keynes Theatre.

Adrian Boynton will be giving a pre-concert talk in the auditorium at 6.30pm, giving a greater insight into the music and composers. If you would like to attend simply arrive in plenty of time.
