Asked if we were going to a party as stayed on Halloween night seemed interested in what we were doing. When leaving there were 4 or 5 staff organising stuff in reception and chatting and as soon as we stepped up to the desk they all turned and said good morning and the main receptionist asked if we had enjoyed our stay.

The staff catered for our group of Car show goers with a Hose Pipe and organising the bar for us etc. Was thoroughly enjoyable

Friendly greeting upon arrival, aknowledged when leaving for a party, very friendly and helpful restraunt staff and asked if we enjoyed our stay when leaving. Fantastic staff treated us like people rather than just customers

From arriving at the hotel on the Saturday afternoon the lady at reception was friendly, helpful and appeared to genuinely want us to have a good stay. We ate at the attached inn and all of the staff there were also very friendly, helpful and efficient. In fact all of the staff we came into contact with were really friendly.

The Gentleman on reception very pleasant and informative , also another lady there who was also very friendly.you can always tell if someone is not enjoying their job and we never get this impression at Premier Inn at Willen Lakes in Milton Keynes.

Not only do the staff inform you that they are available throughout the night but each time you walk through the reception area they make a point of asking if all is ok with the room. Also when you check put in the morning they are always keen to find out if your stay was a good one.

Yes we were glad your staff cared,but you cant improve of what you are doing. We know we would expect the same hostpitality which ever Premier Inn Hotel we stay at, and we have stayed at many. thats why we keep comming back.

When I mentioned that we had stayed at their Premier Lodge in Milton Keynes about 5 times already, they seemed really pleased that we were so happy with their willingness to help. So as far as we are concerned I don't think we could of had a better welcome, also the room we stayed in RM 311 was the best one yet.

I have stayed at this Premier hotel a considerable number of times on business in Milton Keynes so they know me well. They are always extremely friendly whilst remaining courteous and polite. They have my key ready as I walk in the door and do whatever they can to assist when I have the odd problems. Best staff in any hotel I have stayed at - and that is quite a few !!
