I had all but given up hope of completing my third Great North Run this year, such was the stiffness in my lower back and debillitating pain from a hamstring injury. I fully expected to be told to find a more appropriate form of exercise for someone of my age and obvious decrepit state. Amazingly, Alan had no hesitation in reassuring me I could be ʼfixedʼ and such was the confidence he inspired through his ʼcan doʼ attitude, combined with some sound osteopathic skills, that after 6 weeks of treatment, I am feeling better than Iʼve felt in months. Iʼm even anticipating a better finishing time than last year! Thank you also to Caroline - itʼs a real team effort at Joint solutions.

I didnʼt think I had a "real" back problem until I went to see Alan. I thought it was just a bit sore, and that I would be wasting his time. How wrong I was! Thankfully he knows his stuff, and over the last few months heʼs has worked wonders. My back is now so much better.
