Having suffered with hay fever all my adult life I decided to try acupuncture after no over the counter tablets / nasal sprays worked! I was never a believer in holistic treatments but I can say that in 2011 my hay fever had hugely improved and I can now enjoy my Summers! I've just returned to Angela to ensure my Summer in 2012 is as enjoyable!! Great treatment in fantastic surroundings and I would definitely recommend Angela for anyone suffering with severe hay fever like I was.
I have been going to Holistic Harmoni for almost a year to have reflexology and massage and love every minute of my time there! I am 7 months pregnant and have SPD which is a pelvic condition that some pregnant women get where their pelvis relaxes due to over production of a hormone too early, ie before birth. I went to see my midwife and she said i would most likely have this condition until weeks after the baby was born. Within a week i was on crutches and could hardly walk. I called Angela just to see if she a)knew of the condition and b)could maybe help.She was as positive and enthusiastic as ever and did know about it and had actually treated a client recently.She asked me to come along that very day and i had reflexology and some auricular acupuncture. I left that afternoon, still hobbling but when i woke the next morning the pain had subsided considerably. It has now gone completely! The midwife is stunned and i am over the moon. Angela is a miracle worker!!

Angela is very knowledgeable in her field of holistic remedies and puts you at ease immediately. She gives the most amazing firm refelxology i have had with a very honest appraisal on her findings throughout. She is warm, friendly, positive and un-intrusive. I would recommend her to anyone looking for acupuncture, refexology, reiki or massage to help with a particular illness or just general well being!
I have visited Angela on several occasions. On one occasion I was in agony with Tendinitis & Angela recommended acupuncture along with an aromatherapy massage. It was a little painful during treatment, but unbelievably I had full use of my wrist/hand the next day!! Angela has the ability to make you feel totally at ease.
