I love going to the cinema, but have to say I normally hate the experience of buying tickets, queuing up and, unfortunetly, the lack of quality customer service.

I've just started going to Milton Keynes Cineworld, in search of a better experience. And I'm glad to say I've found it. Their service is fantastic. 1 lady who worked there at the till made my day she was so polite and chatty.

I love it so much me and a group of 8 friends meet every 2 weeks to go to see the latest flick!
