Chalky Whites always seem to pull out the stops for me. Since my husband got his licence, they pull out the stops for him too. Maybe they just do this for everyone?!

And no question is too stupid, apparently ;-) they even sent a mechanic out with me when my car was making a random noise. We drove, the car didnt make the noise (of course) and although I offered to pay them for their wasted journey, they wouldn't accept my money.

There are so many auto repair centres to choose from in MK, and sometimes they are spinning you a line! But I have never felt like that at Chalky Whites. Chalky Whites always come out the cheapest and always given fantastic service. Always able to fit us in and tell us about any additional charges, but they always give us other options, which have sometimes resulted in us saving money. Owning a car can be an expensive business, so finding a repair centre you trust is really worth its weight in gold.

They are always friendly, helpful and will give advice when needed. It is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants good service.

I had a call for help from Marie whoʼs car was playing up and as she did not like to go to a garage because she was worried about someone taking the micky and ripping her off. My reputation was on the line too when I recommended June at Chalky Whites, but when Marie called and within an hour had her car in being fixed, she was delighted to find the staff "very polite and patient". They not only understood her description of what was wrong but treated her with respect.

I will always recommend Chalky Whites who really are the woman friendly repair centre.

I run a local driving school. One of my instructors had just finished a lesson when her brakes failed. She was extremely lucky to be just round the corner from Chalky Whites. She took the car there and asked the mechanics (tongue in cheek) if it was possible to see to the car asap in view of the fact that a few hours later she had three more driving lessons. To her suprise they were very helpful. They took the car in straight away and within 45 mins she was back on the road having had the discs and pads replaced.
She was then able to conduct her lessons as planned.
I have never experienced service such as this from a garage and all credit must go to June for the outstanding customer service provided by her staff.

My very first experience of a garage in Milton Keynes since I moved here - and what a find! A collapsing clutch on the first day of my holiday threatened disaster but June and her team were terrific, taking the car in at once, helping me find a rental replacement and then fixing the car with scrupulous care over the next week. When I got it back it even came with an apology that the courtesy valet hadnt been finished and they insisted on making arrangements for that to be completed by a home visit. A simply outstanding garage. Give them a try - you wont be sorry!
