During her time at Milton Keynes Theatre, Elizabeth successfully lead the theatre’s ten year celebrations, and brought about recognition for the theatre’s achievements through the annual Theatrical Management Association Awards and the Chamber of Commerce Awards. In 2009 the theatre was recognised by the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce as the Best Overall Business for the year, and was highly praised for its contribution to the local community and for its high standards of customer service. The theatre was runner up at the National Chamber of Commerce awards for customer service. Elizabeth has played an active role in ensuring that the highest quality programme is maintained at the venue, and she was instrumental in the plans to bring English National Ballet to the venue for its debut performance of Romeo and Juliet this November.
Elizabeth said: “Milton Keynes is a wonderful city and I have enjoyed the time I have spent there very much. I would like to pay tribute to the loyal, hard-working and creative team at the theatre, and to wish them all the very best for the future.”
