I was a senior instructor at Ragdale Hall Health Hydro for five years. I left to become a Freelance instructor. I am CYQ level 3 Pilates qualified. I am also a YMCAfit level 3 Personal Trainer. I teach Pilates for Leicester Adult Learning Service and run my own Pilates and aerobic dance classes in Melton Mowbray and the surrounding villages, I also teach in Ilkeston, Derbys.
