Don't Get in a State, Call Relate
Weekly counselling sessions are helping people in the Melton area to resolve their New Year relationship problems.
Relationship experts from Relate Leicestershire are offering counselling to families, couples and individuals who need help to deal with relationship breakdown or conflict at home.
Judith Stevenson, Client Services Manager at Relate Leicestershire, said: “New Year can be a difficult time for relationships. The return of children to school, credit card bills to pay and cold, dark weather can all cause relationships to feel strained.
“Relate is here to help. We hope that, by offering a service in the heart of Melton, it will help people living in and around the town to see a counsellor more easily.”
Sessions take place at the Samworth Centre on Monday evenings. Appointments can be made by contacting Relate on 0116 2543011.
According to Relate’s relationship experts, people can take simple steps to avoid the New Year relationship blues. These include spending quality time with loved ones and improving communication.
