Will Matlock ever agree on development plans for the town?

It seems there are a core of people who get heavily involved in it all and everyone else just turns the page and sighs.  There always seems to be some tension and disagreement over the future of the town's development.   The Civic Association are disappointed with latest turn of events.  Quite often, when I talk to people in and around Matlock about the situation, however, they don't seem to be quite up to date on where it is all at right now.

They way to know, if you can be persuaded, is to nip into Matlock Town Hall to view the plans.  If you want to respond to them you have until December 24. Final decisions are due to made in January.  Whatever gets done in the end could be around a long time, so now is the time to agree or complain  . . .

If you have any views you would like to share please do give them an airing on this forum.  Community input is what it is all about.
