The Quad Club offers a great range of fitness classes - possibly the best selection of Pilates ANYWHERE. It is a sumptious, friendly and non-intimidating environment - I recommend it to anyone whatever the age or fitness ability. The pool is pure luxury and the perfect place to chill out.
