The first Marlow Food Festival will take place at The Crowne Plaza Hotel on 20th September. Organised by Flying Pigs events the event will be sponsored by Crowne Plaza and Barclays with the support of many local chef's, restauranteurs and food and wine suppliers.
Expect the unexpected with, amongst other things, masterclasses from renowned chocolatier, Damian Allsop, well known local chefs like Michael Macdonald, from The Vanilla Pod and the sensational new gourmet barbecue company "Man, Meat, Fire".
The winners of Raymond Blanc's BBC programme "The Restaurant" will be on hand to answer your questions about their journey from BBC T.V competition winners to the opening of their new restaurant "The Cheerful Soul" and there will be an opportunity to meet various personalities for book signings and a food orientated literary lunch.
All members of the family will be catered for with children's events and players from Wasps Rugby Team will be attending. Frogmore Farm will bring rare breed pigs and water buffoloes. With stalls from local food suppliers including speciality breads, chile and pickle tasting and local wine makers, it will be an interesting day out. More information can be found on our events page
