Have you seen the Crowne Plaza Rickshaw out and about in Marlow recently? It's being used by the Hotel to promote events at the Hotel.
The rickshaw is a new addition to Crowne Plaza Marlow. It was rescued from Weymouth by Kerri Cicirello ( the new Marketing Co-ordinator at Crowne Plaza) at the beginning of the month and is gradually being done up to its former glory!
Last weekend was its inaugural journey around Marlow to promote the Valentine’s Day weekend specials. This weekend, it will be out again, this time to promote Marlow Wedding Show, 11am – 4pm on Sunday, 20th.
They will be out and about in Marlow on the rickshaw most weekends, to draw locals in to the hotel and increase awareness of all the fantastic events they have on this year.
The rickshaw has been really well received by staff and locals, with lots of hooting of horns and waving last weekend. This, alongside the fact that the restaurant was fully booked for our evening of Valentine’s Jazz on 12th February, means that the rickshaw is already a resounding success. Now they just need a name for it!
