Are you looking for things to do in Marlow during the Summer Holiday

The School Summer holiday's are nearly here and every child is looking forward to 6 long weeks of doing nothing.  If your child is under 12 the Crowne Plaza is kicking off the holiday with a School's Out Party on Thursday 22nd July. There will be inflatable games, outdoor games, great entertainment, disco and BBQ.

One of the great things about living in Marlow is the river.  Higginson Park is a great place to let off steam and maybe have a picnic.  I have fond memories of taking my children to feed the ducks.  For more adventurous ways to take advantage of the river Longridge will be running activity days for young people and their families.  They also have BCU, Rowing and RYA courses. On 30th August they have a family fun day.  You can take part in activities for £1 and listen to local bands.

For the creative parent and child WPS in Spittall Street have a range of craft equipment and kits to keep you busy.

Of course for those of you still working your journey to work will be easier for the next 6 weeks too.
