Because the chef's use only fresh ingredients, and everything is cooked to order, nothing is frozen, I can vouch for that as I am married to the Head Chef. Also the staff are very caring and helpful, especially towards elderly and children.

I visit my sister in Market Harborough once a year and we always go to The Angel Hotel. We love the atmosphere. The staff are quite friendly. The food is delicious and always beautifully presented.We love eating in the Lounge; we feel this room is perfect for long chats while we savour the good food and wine! We always take our time when we visit The Angel and never feel pressured to leave.

I would like to say how well we were treated by the staff. Not only was a lot of care taken in preparing our meeting room for us, but the food and overall service was first class.

My wife is one of the French group you accommodate on Mondays and I have always been impressed by your generosity in allowing them to meet in The Angel.

It is service like this, that is an example to others on how to be professional and a credit to Market Harborough.
